B! B! B! Bags!

Okay. My friend "K" is shocked that I have not yet done a post on bags since she and I are both obsessed with a good handbag! "K" and I work together and she went with me on my lunch hour to return a bag to Bloomingdales... not only did I not return the bag, she came back with her own bag! Bad.... but sooo good!

I do love a good back and have a particular place in my heart for my favorite..... Marc Jacobs. I would leave the husband for Marc Jacobs. Honey, if you are reading this, I am just kidding. Readers.... no I am not.

At this moment, here are some of my favorite bags. Note: My favorites are subject to change day by day as there are so many freaking cute bags out there!

How I love thee....

Marc Jacobs Turnlock "Sasha" in dreamy midnight blue! I like that this bag could hold everything and can be worn cross your body... which I am really into right now.

Oh....another Marc Jacobs to gawk at! This could be my next bag if it ever goes on sale! You are so beautiful and perfectly sized and shaped.... you... Marc Jacobs Turnlock Faridah. What color? Hard question. I think I have to go black.

If not obsessed with Marc, I am usually obsessed with Kate. Kate Spade that is. I think this bag is perfect for spring summer. It is a bit "nautical" which is a huge look for spring fashion this year, but it not too much! So cute with jean skirt and a tee. Love it!

Tory Burch.... metallic goodness! This too is such a cute summer option. Canvas with metallic makes it cooler than just preppy!

This bag is the perfect every day bag. I am typically not gal who does brown purses, but this caramel color is damn need perfection! Classic, timeless, gorgeous....Tory Burch.

T-T-T.... Timepiece!

What time is it? Time for a beautiful new watch! I kind of love watches. In particular I hold a special place in my heart for Marc Jacobs watches. I have a leather band MJ watch that I treated myself to when I got a promotion at work. I had been eyeing this silver bracelet band watch (left) and just bought it for myself with some of my Christmas money!

There are some gorgeous watches out these days. Nordstroms has a great selection and there customer service is awesome. If you buy online.... you can return to the store. If you need your band adjusted.... the helpful folks at Nordstroms will do it for you!

Whether you like leather bands, bracelet bands, bling or no bling.. there is something for you. Here are some of my favorites and none will break the bank from Nordstroms!

A- ADDICTION....BOOTS!

Hello, my name is Courtney and I am a bootaholic! Well, this is not a surprise to those who know me. I have been a shoe addict for years. I will go in more detail about that in a future post. (Teaser... I have hundreds and they are color coordinated.) But anyways.... back to boots. Lately, I cannot get enough boots. I am VERY particular when it comes to boots. I have very very skinny...truthfully scrawny calves. I can never find boots that fit my thin calves. But... with skinny jeans in the scene (and some thick knee socks under my jeans) I can wear boots that fit! I have treated myself to a few pairs lately. (Husband- I just made that up. Those boots.... you know the ones that you keep asking if they are new... they are not. You just never noticed them before!) My dream boots are these ones on the left (Marc Jacobs Ruffle). I cannot afford them... but they are on my "Lottery List" (should I win and not have to walk much, they will be mine!).

I only do certain brown colors. Most of my stuff is black, but there are some great colored boots out there Grey is one of my favorites. I am a girl who VERY infrequently wears heels... so most of my boots are flats or wedges... or a small kitten heel. I know what I like. I like suede or leather and I love embellishments. One of my favorite things about this seasons boots are the bows, buckles, studs, ruffles, buttons and so on. Lately Overstock is my boot site of choice. I love a good bargain. I got these Faryl Robin (mid calf wedge) boots for a steal (right). They are almost mid calf and fit perfectly around my calf and they are SUPER comfy! Great weekend boot!

These ones (left) from Joy Chen are also amazing... the brown color is perfect! They did not have brown in my size, so I got black. Additionally, I love that they are flat but still have a pointed toe. Often flat boots have a square or round toe. These are very versatile... great with jeans or a skirt! I have not yet explored ankle or "low" boots. I just watched the Oprah Shoe and Handbag Intervention from earlier this week and was inspired by the low options. When done right... it is just the cutest thing ever. With that in mind... I thought some of these were pretty damn adorable! (Right is MIA Sedutive and Left is Kenneth Cole Barderline. There are so many cute ones to choose from, but thought I would leave you with a bit more eye candy.
