WTW...What to Wear? Reader Question Answered!

So, "E" came to me with a fashion dilemma!  She bought a fabulous new dress for "K's" wedding, but is stumped on what shoes!  The dress is purple.... actually "pansy".  It is a fabulous dress in a fabulous color.  I think there are three different options for shoes- black, silver or gold.  The key is to tie in whatever shoe color you chose with the additional accessories (jewelry, purse, etc).  Additionally, because the dress is "soft" (silky fabric, light ruffles/layers); you will want to choose a shoe that is not too heavy or clunky.  "E's" one request is that she cannot do a heel much higher than 2 inches.

Well "E"... ask for help and you shall receive!

Welcome to day three of What to Wear.... the wedding guest edition!  If you have a daytime or country wedding this summer than this look is for you.  This dress is very sweet.  It is chambray which is super hot this season.  This dress is lightweight and classic.  It is casual, but still wedding appropriate; paired with some great red accesssories, you have yourself an outfit!

WTW...What to Wear? Wedding Option #2

Today is another day and another outfit!  If neutrals are not your thing, then perhaps a print will be.  I think this dress is so damn versatile.  You could dress it up (heels, sparkle) or dress it down (dressy flip flop, simple accessories).  You could also wear this baby to work well into the fall (tights, cardigan or blazer).

This dress would be perfect for all types of weddings- day or night.... city or beach!  Prints are big for summer and this print is just perfect!
